Northern Territory Triangle – 5 days
Day 1: Darwin - Kakadu National Park.

Drive 250 km to Jabiru, the unique town in the middle of Kakadu National Park, exploring the wildlife haven of Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve en route. Enjoy the Jumping Crocodile Cruise to see saltwater crocodiles. Arrive at your hotel in Jaburu. Overnight.
Days 2 & 3: Kakadu National Park

Breakfast. Choose from the many optional activities: Explore Kakadu's waterfalls, Aboriginal rock art galleries, go bushwalking or barramundi fishing; see the rock crevices cut by Dreamtime ancestors at Nourlangie Rock and some fine examples of X-ray art at Ubirr Rock; cruise through the wetlands with an Aboriginal guide to see saltwater crocodiles and local birds. Later, soar over Kakadu's sights on a scenic flight. Overnight.
Day 4: Kakadu National Park – Pine Creek - Litchfield National Park

Breakfast. Drive south through Pine Cree town, viewing historic buildings and sites built in the gold rush of the 1870s. Visit the old railway station, now a museum, see original mining machinery at Miner's Park and the galvanized iron ore Bakery where Jimmy Ah You and his son once baked bread for World War II soldiers. Learn about the area's Chinese history in the National Trust Museum. Overnight at Batchelor, at the entrance to Litchfield National Park.
Day 5: Litchfield National Park - Darwin

Breakfast. Explore the park on your own. Swim in crystal-clear swimming holes, see thundering waterfalls and tall termite mounds. Explore the monsoon rainforest, picnic at Wangi Falls and see sweeping valley views at Tolmer Falls; take a wildlife cruise on the Reynolds River. In the evening, drive to Darwin.
