Detailed Itinerary
DAY 1: ARRIVE IN ALMATY
Arrive at Almaty International Airport. Transfer to your hotel and check in. Spend the day relaxing and exploring the nearby area. Overnight stay in Almaty.
DAY 2: ALMATY FULL DAY CITY TOUR
Visit to the office of the President, Republic Square, and Monument of Independence, Astana Square, Abai Square, and Palace of the Republic. Visit the Panfilov Park and the Zenkov Cathedral, one of the few wooden buildings in the world without metal nails. Al Farabi Avenue, Park of the First President. Visit to the Green Bazaar (Zeleny Bazaar), one of the largest and most vibrant markets in Central Asia. Explore the stalls selling fresh produce, spices, and local handicrafts. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 3: MEDEO, SHYMBULAK, AND KOKTOBE TOUR
Start the day with a visit to Medeo, one of the highest ice skating rinks in the world. Take a cable car ride to Shymbulak, a popular ski resort in the TransIli Alatau mountains. Enjoy the stunning views and take a short hike (optional). Visit Koktobe Hill, offering panoramic views of the city by Bus / Cable car. Explore the nearby Beatles Monument and take photos. Overnight stay in Almaty.
DAY 4: ISSYK LAKE & SHOPPING TOUR
Depart for Issyk Lake. Visit the stunning Issyk Lake and enjoy the scenic views. Start heading back to Almaty. Shopping Tour at Mega Mall. Overnight stay in Almaty.
DAY 5: DEPARTURE
In the morning checkout from the hotel. Transfer to Almaty International Airport for your departure flight.
