The world famous Jim Corbett National Park, on the banks of the Ramganga River in Uttarakhand was established in 1936 and named after the conservationist Jim Corbett who spent many years in this area.This national park is located in the foothills of the Himalayas and is also the oldest wildlife sanctuary. An excellent destination for adventure lovers and wildlife enthusiasts, it offers opportunities for river rafting and jeep safaris. This sanctuary has over 50 mammals, 600 birds and 25 reptile species and of course it is home to tigers, leopards, gharials and the long-nosed crocodiles.
Drive on your own from Delhi to Corbett National Park. Arrive and check in at your hotel. After lunch, enjoy a jeep safari tour into the park. Later, return to your resort for dinner.

Wake up early this morning to go for a safari in the national park, after which breakfast will be served at the resort. Later, visit the Garjiya temple and the river Kosi and in the afternoon. Go on a Jeep safari to the grassland to view wildlife, especially the tiger. In the evening, sit on the verandah and enjoy the breathtaking sunset with sounds from the wild.

In early morning, enjoy a jeep safari through open grasslands and dense forests of Corbett National Park and to the lakeside to see crocodiles. After lunch, either spend a day free to relax or go to the watchtower overlooking a water hole. In the evening, gather to watch a film on wildlife followed by dinner.
