Located about 120 km southwest of Pune and 285 km from Mumbai, Mahabaleshwar is a vast plateau measuring 150 km2 bound by valleys on all sides. It reaches a height of 4,721 ft at its highest peak above sea level, known as Wilson / Sunrise Point. Mahabaleshwar is the source of the Krishna River and a popular getaway destination.

Day 1: Mahableshwar (approx. 5 hrs)

Drive to Mahabaleshwar. Arrive and check in at your hotel after 12 pm. Afternoon at leisure. In the early evening drive around to nearby points like Elphinstone Point, Arthur Seat Point & the Bombay Point / Sunset Point to see gorgeous views. Visit the lake. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 2: Mahableshwar Sightseeing

After breakfast, drive around and see Mahabaleshwar’s attractions like Lodwick Point, Venna Dam / Lake, Elephant's Head Point & Kate's Point, Lingmala Waterfall & the Mapro Garden. Later, go shopping at the local market. Overnight.

Day 3: See Pratapgarh Fort

After breakfast drive to Pratapgarh Fort built in 1659 by Ch. Shivaji Maharaj. The height of this fort is 3543 feet above sea level. Enjoy exploring its regal charms and walk around the long dark corridors and chambers. Rest of the day free. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Mahableshwar - Mumbai

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
