Mansi planned an awesome trip for parents, my son, d-in-law and myself this past week.

TBI has been booking our trips for many years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the value they provide, their professionalism, work ethic and a sincere desire to provide their customers with a superlative travel experience.

They have experienced drivers, guides etc and are available 24/7 on call during the trip should any need arise . Their attention to personalization is to be commended. For eg. Mansi would be talking and texting me on WhatsApp at 9.00 pm her time because that’s when it was possible for me to work with her from the US… I’ve found their prices to be very competitive as well. They can book flights, train tickets etc for a small service fee and that made for a hassle free process as any changes are also managed by them… Truly a one stop shop !!

No surprise, they are the recipient of awards … I would recommend you try them if you are looking for an agent for any upcoming trip - they are great at customizing - that’s the only way travel has worked for us with the short time at our disposal when we visit India.

I had the opportunity to visit North Sikkim....thanks to Gauri Buche, TBi, Pune.

Right from first day at Gangtok - 5,500 ft & thereafter every day we were climbing high in Himalayan Mountains. Nathula pass being 14,140 with fog, mild rain & chill was very challenging.

Next day was Lachen - 8,980 ft., for a stopover to enjoy Kala Pathar - 16,932 ft. We reached Gurudongmar Lake - 17,100 ft., a breath taking experience.

Reached Lachung - 8738 ft. the next day for a stopover to Yumthang valley at 12,000 ft. But excitation is further to reach Zero point - 15,300 ft. the last civilian reach. Here you view a large panorama of Himalayan Mountains with soft snow everywhere.

Then of course back to Lachung for different destinations in Sikkim or back to Gangtok.

What I experienced is the 5 to 6 hours of daily car travel (all mountain travel......round & round), at times even 10 hours requires lots of patience. But expert, polite drivers, Xylo cars, perfect stops for waterfalls & healthy food (momos, noodles, rice......piping hot!) make you forget the long hours of winding mountain travel.

We are from Washington DC. Though we have travelled to many countries, my husband and I felt bad for not having visited Taj Mahal in Agra, India. We decided to take a tour to Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. There was not enough time for us to arrange everything on our own. My nephew recommended TBI. TBI organized the entire trip for us and covered all the points of interest.

It was an incredible experience for us. We were received by a TBI staff at the airport who helped us check in at our hotel at each destination. The hotels were all good and met our expectations. All the guides at each place had a thorough knowledge of the history and culture. It made a big difference for us and we learned the value of forts, Islamic culture. Qutab Minar in Delhi, Taj Mahal in Agra and Fatepur Sikri on the way to Jaipur, Amber fort, water palace and ride on the elephant to the fort, Rajasthan culture of dance and food at Choki Dhani were amazing. We felt enriched.

We will not forget this short trip with phenomenal orchestration of TBI. It was hassle-free trip where there were no worries about our itinerary or the timings. Without TBI, we would have been lost. It was a wise decision that we took to go through TBI. The care and the minute details were taken care of. We feel thankful and grateful to Sankar at TBI who was in constant touch with us. 

We look forward to take another trip organized by TBI during our next trip to India.

Dear Gauri,

Thank you so much for once again organising our Udaipur trip to perfection in Feb '22!! Thanks a lot to Joe too for booking our tickets and doing the check in and changing our flights when Indigo decided to cancel our flight at the last moment.

Every time I give you a booking I am rest assured that everything is planned by you seamlessly. We were a bit skeptical of traveling during the Covid period, but the hotel, the car and guide had taken such precautions that we did not have to worry at all.

The icing on the cake was our stay at the Shiv Nivas Palace, staying amidst royalty and knowing that the King was residing so close. We knew he was in residence as the light glows in the tower of his residence when he is residing at his palace. It was such a pleasure to dine in royalty, see the royal rooms, visit City Palace and the Crystal Gallery, which was truly awesome. We also visited Chittorgarh and bought local textiles. We also experienced the local cuisine of dal bhatti churma, Rajasthani thali and local sweet Gawar.

Our guide Virendra was so knowledgeable, and took extra efforts to take us to Haldi Ghati, though it was not in our itinerary. Our driver Lalit was always on time and so courteous and helpful.

Thanks once again Gauri, for always guiding and helping us during our international and domestic tours.

Thank-you for organizing such a splendid tour for all 9 of us.

Tour Itinerary - Right amount of time was allocated for each location covering most of the important destinations.

Hotel - Comfortable stay and excellent location within the city limits, easy check-ins and check-outs.

Transport - The tempo Traveler was the perfect vehicle allotted. We felt safe and confident with the driver. The attitude of the driver was very courteous.. he accompanied us even to the most crowded places like Charminar and market places.

Pricing - The total package - cost-wise was very reasonable - excellent value for money.

Your suggestions/recommendation - All your suggestions for the trip, including recommendations for evening meals were excellent.

Overall, we were extremely happy with the tour program customized for us by you. It was a very pleasant and fabulous holiday experience.I personally would definitely recommend you to others who are looking at organizing a holiday.

Thank you again for planning an excellent trip for me again this year. As it happens, two of my cousins are traveling to India unexpectedly very soon. They have specific ideas of where they want to go, and what they want to see.

They will provide the details, including the days in the middle of the trip when they will be attending a wedding. Can you please work with them to create an itinerary for their trip? It will have to be done quickly because they arrive around February 24th I believe.

Dear Sunil,
My tour is over and I am back in Vienna since Friday evening.
For me it was even after 16 tours in India a very exiting adventure. Everything was OK, excellent drivers and not one problem with cars. Accommodation was according to my wishes and OK as well.

Local agency SHANGLOO and their service was very good and the few days with local TG where very enjoyable. In total it was a perfect tour without problems, but "hard work" because of the altitude mostly over 4000 m and several times over 5000 m sea level…

Apologies for the delay in responding. We returned to our hectic routine and only now have found a moment to thank you for another perfectly organized holiday.

India is a beautiful country and between our trip in December 2014 and this one in February 2017 that TBI organized for us, we are already planning our third visit. We loved the breathtaking views, the splash of vivid color and the warmth of the people (whether at the hotels or on the street) everywhere we went.

We were driven around in comfort by drivers who were equally accommodating as they were professional. Driving in India is an experience we will never forget. The skill of the drivers impressed us! The guides who accompanied us in December 2014 were knowledgeable and interesting. The accommodation you selected for us was in every case comfortable, very clean with welcoming staff anxious to make our stay pleasant.

We especially wish to mention your wonderful staff who met us at every stopover to ensure that our transit from one place to another was always smooth and efficient. Thank you, Morina, for your shopping advice and assistance with personal requests. We should also like to express our thanks to Ms Apoojary for contributing to the success of our trip to India.

I just returned from the tour last Thursday. I wanted to thank you for organizing an amazing tour for me and my family. We had a wonderful trip and a great time, mainly because everything was properly planned and organized by you. All the guides were helpful, friendly and had good knowledge. I have filled the feedback form, but I would like to reiterate that Himanshu (Delhi guide) was pleasant and was a great company. Me and my wife were impressed with him. It goes without saying that our other guides were good too.

Our driver Damodar was great as well. He is a skilled and experienced driver. He was calm while driving through the fog at Yamuna Express and got us safely to Agra. He knew his way around in all cities which was helpful.

This is all that I wanted to convey and once again thank you for all help in making this tour memorable.

1st of all thanks for giving me this opportunity to give feedback about tour I did with TBI. It was really great experience with TBI & we really enjoyed our exotic vacation in Andaman.

I was on my honeymoon wid my companion & it was one of significant moment of my life & you made it really really special. On our tour we were treated like we are special for them. It was really great arrangement, accomodation & traveling between places was really nice. Drivers were so co-operative.

We were so lucky to get Tour manager like Mr. Abhishek in Andaman as he was so wonderfully manage our tour. He's used to update us all the time within the tour & ensure that we travel hassle free & we enjoy our every moment in our Tour.

Hi Morina,

So sorry for the delay!
But, we had a great time in India and great time with all of our travel arrangements.

Our driver, Bharmal was awesome and very friendly. Every day we had water bottles and napkins by our side to start the day. Toyota Innova was always clean every morning, no matter how messy my 3 year old son made it :)

Our hotels, Jai Mahal and ITC Mughal were just awesome! The staff, room and level of service was unmatched!

Our tour guides in Jaipur, Fatehpur Sikri / Agra were also very nice and well informed. They spoke good English and were patient with us as at times we had to battle with 3 year old tantrums!

Our tour guide in Fatehpur Sikri / Agra was very understanding of our time and need to change our schedule for earlier return to Mumbai.

Overall, we were extremely pleased. Everything went smoothly and without any issues anywhere.

Sorry for the delay in getting this out to you. We did have a wonderful time on our trip. The service on your end was excellent and we appreciate that.

In regards to reviewing each stage of the trip:
Delhi: Pick up: the TBi greeter was nice and helpful; Driver: Rakesh - He was phenomenal and we as well as the kids loved him. Unlike other drivers he always had water for us in the car and kept his car clean. He actually had the car washed every morning. He was helpful in so many ways and we would recommend him highly. Tour guide: Himanshu - He was very good as well and one we all liked. He was informative and had good skills with the kids as well. He had good recommendations and was always with us.

Agra: TBi rep was fine. No issues; Hotel: The Courtyard Marriott was very Joe and modern. The food was good and great spa. Tour guide: Mohsin Perez - He was great as well. He was very talkative and great with the kids. He would be one, like Himanshu, who we would use again and recommend to others.

Jaipur: TBi rep was good and helped us with check in. Hotel: Jai Mahal - nice grounds for the hotel. The rooms are a little older than the other hotels. Great breakfast and staff. Tour guide: Vansh - he was the least favorite tour guide. He wasn't very friendly or patient with the kids. He would tell us info about a site and then wander off for a while. compared to the other guides he was not at the same level.

Udaipur: TBI rep: we had a rep who picked us up and another who dropped us off. I forget the names of them but they were good but the one who dropped us off at the end was very good as he helped us all the way through to security. Driver: we had several different drivers. No consistent person. They were not very talkative. No water in the car which Rakesh did for us in Delhi/Agra/Jaipur. Tour guide: Pyush - He was good and helpful.

Thanks again and I hope this helps. We look forward to working with you in the future. I think my friend Ashesh Parikh went through you recently. Take care of him and his family as you did ours.

Hey Morina / Amrutha,

Thank you for all your support in making this trip a memorable. We had a wonderful time in Jaipur.

Every little thing was taken care of right from the start to the end with respect to having an English speaking guide to an entry fee at every historical place and palaces, the driver, the elephant rides etc.

The hotel stay too was comfortable and good. The staff were also helpful in giving us heater whenever we asked for.

It was an awesome experience specially Rathombore where we spotted the Tiger on our first visit itself. Overall a relaxed and fun trip with TBI making all arrangements.
