Overview: After your hotel pick up, visit Silves to see the Moorish Castle (entrance fee not included) and the XIII century Cathedral. Then visit Monchique a typical Portuguese village set in a scenic range of rounded hills. Enjoy some free time for handicraft shopping. Visit Lagos, a town linked to the Portuguese Discoveries. See the Antonine Museum within the Golden Chapel of St. Anthony (entrance not included), the slave market and the statue of Prince Henry the Navigator. Drive to Ponta Da Piedade to see some fine views over the bay. Finally, visit the fishing harbor of Sagres and Cape St. Vincent before returning to your hotel in Albufeira.

Visit the waterfront markets, the old quarter and take a 45 minute cruise. Enjoy some free time for lunch, where you can also see the tidal mill and salt pans. Drive to Santa Luzia, a picturesque and unspoilt village renowned for fishing activities and to Tavira to visit the old castle ruins, Santa Maria do Castelo Church and famous IV century Roman bridge. Return to your hotel.
