Overview: Travel through spectacular desert scenery from Ayers Rock Resort to Kings Canyon Resort by luxury coach. Pass through Curtin Springs and view Atila (Mt. Conner). Turn off the Lasseter Highway and onto Luritja Road. Your driver/guide will tell you about the history of the surrounding cattle stations. Arrive at Kings Canyon Resort before dusk. You may have time to view the sunset behind Carmichaels Crag to finish off the day.
Duration: 4 Hours
Overview: Travel out to a private dining setting in the middle of the desert under the stars. View the spectacular sunset over Ayers Rock and the Olgas while listening to the haunting sounds of the didgeridoo and enjoying sparkling wine and canapes. Return to the dinner site for a gourmet bush barbecue - try kangaroo, barramundi, emu and local bush salads followed by mouthwatering desserts, complemented by Australian wines. Listen to the mystery of the desert as an astronomer takes you on a tour of the clear Southern night skies. Coffee, tea and port will be served during the talk. Return to the Resort.

Overview: Travel to the mystical 36 domes of Kata Tjuta. Stop at a lookout for a panoramic view of the southern side of Kata Tjuta. Arrive at the base of Walpa Gorge and spend some time exploring it. Then walk the trail through the gorge following the natural creek between two of the tallest domes of Kata Tjuta. In the late afternoon, travel to the Uluru sunset viewing area. Admire the striking color changes of Uluru while enjoying nibbles and a complimentary glass of wine.
Duration: 5 Hour 20 Minutes
Overview: Travel through interesting desert scenery between Ayers Rock Resort and Alice Springs. Your driver/guide will tell you about the surrounding area as you pass through the beautiful rugged scenery of the 'outback'. View Mt. Conner along the way. Stop at Erldunda to have some lunch or afternoon tea (own expense). Travel north along the Stuart Highway and return to your Alice Springs hotel.
Duration: 12 Hours 30 Minutes
Overview: Drive from Ayers Rock through sand stone country towards Kings Canyon, stopping for breakfast at Kings Creek Station (own expense). Continue to Watarrka National Park and climb up with your guide to the rim of Kings Canyon to enjoy marvelous views. Alternatively, explore the boulder-strewn canyon floor (non-guided) for an easier walk. After lunch (own expense) return to Ayers Rock.
