On arrival at Beijing, our representative will meet you for transfer to your hotel. Check in and relax. Later, explore the city on your own.

Breakfast. Visit Longdi Jade shop and learn about Chinese jade. Visit the fabled Great Wall-Juyong Pass, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a massive defensive structure built to keep away invaders.
In the afternoon, see the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) from outside and the Water Cube (outside). Return to your hotel.
Overnight.
Breakfast. Begin with a visit to the Summer Palace, the largest and best preserved of all the imperial palace gardens which boast such delights as the "Marble Boat" and the ornately painted "Long Corridor". See the pearl shop. Visit the world famous Tian'anmen Square the biggest square in the world that lies in the centre of the city. Visit the Forbidden City from which the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties governed for over 500 years.
Optional Tour: Hutong Tour, which is also called Rickshaw Tour. See the traditional daily life of ordinary people in Beijing and catch a glimpse of old Beijing.
Later, on your own, visit Houhai, a lake and its surrounding district in central Beijing which is famous for its nightlife, popular restaurants, bars, and cafes. Or go shopping at the Xiushui market.
Overnight.
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport or train station and depart for Shanghai. Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Breakfast. Visit a silk shop, the Shanghai Museum, the largest museum of ancient Chinese art in Shanghai. Visit the People Square and Nanjing Road for shopping. Visit the lovely old Yuyuan Garden and its zig zag bridge, golden fishpond, bridges and pavilions. Step into Yu Market Old City God's Temple, which is a major yet relatively inactive Taoist temple. Explore the Bund in the evening.

Breakfast. The day is free to explore on your own: Visit the Jade Buddha Temple, Taobao Market, Nanjing Road and do some last-minute shopping.
