Overview: Fez, the holy city of the Cherifian Kingdom, is the most imperial of all imperial cities of Morocco. Its origins go back to era of the first dynasty of Morocco. Moulay Idriss (descendant of the prophet Mohammed) built Fez and made it his capital. Visit the Medina, formerly the largest in Morocco but subdivided into twenty smaller Medinas. It is now a UNESCO world cultural treasure. Visit the Medersa Bou Inania, the largest school in Fez, Nejjarine Square and view the 1323 Attarine Medersa. See the Karaouyine Mosque from with a university tradition dating back to the 10th century. Visit the Tanneries quarter, along the banks of the Oued Fez. Visit Mellah, the largest Jewish quarter in Morocco and the Palaces of Fez El Bali, a complex of palaces. Return to your hotel.

Overview: Drive to Meknes, a former imperial city also known as the city of olive groves. It was founded by the Meknassa tribe. Visit the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, the Bab El Mansour, one of the most beautiful gates in Morocco and then the Medina. Continue to Volubilis to see the most important Roman ruins in Morocco, including 30 impressive mosaic floors dating from 25 BC. Return to your hotel in Fez.
Overview: From your hotel, drive half an hour to Moulay Yacoub Spa a modern and clean thermal spa and relax in the sulphur water pool which is very hot and salty. Rest in between bathing. Visit the village nearby before returning to your hotel.
