Sweden and Norway - 10 days
Day 1: Stockholm
Arrive in Stockholm by flight - welcome to Scandinavia! A private car will meet you in the arrival hall and take you to your hotel in the city. Check in your hotel.
Stockholm is often called the "Beauty on Water" being built on 14 islands. Take a look at City Hall, constructed in the National Romantic style, where each year on December 10th the Nobel price banquette takes place. See the Old Town, which is in direct contrast with today's modern city centre. Overnight.
Day 2: Stockholm – Oslo
Breakfast. It's time for a Panorami Sightseeing Tour by bus. This tour passes all the must-see attractions of Stockholm. See the most famous sights and views of the city such as the Stockholm City Hall, The Royal Palace, Östermalm, Gamla Stan (Old City), Långholmen and the Royal Djurgården. Get to know Stockholm and the history of the city. *Transfer to departure point on own.
After lunch transfer on your own to the train station to embark your train (2nd class) which will take you to Oslo, Norway! It is a beautiful journey and you will note how the landscape is changing outside the window.
After about 4 hours you will arrive in Oslo.The capital of Norway, Oslo, is located at the end of a 100 kilometre long fjord and surrounded by green hills and a vast forest area. Spend some time in Oslo and enjoy the water front at Aker Brygge and the Akerhus Fortress. Aker Brygge has many nice restaurants and we recommend you to have a nice dinner with fresh Norwegian salmon. Overnight.
Day 3: Oslo
Breakfast. Depart for 3 hours SIC Selected Highlights Sightseeing Tour including the famous Vigeland Park, Holmenkollen Ski jump, Oslo City Centre and the Viking Ship Museum (entrance included). *Transfer to departure point on own.
The tour ends at noon so we suggest you go for a lunch at one of Oslo's many nice restaurants. Overnight.
Day 4: Oslo – Flam
After your breakfast it is time to check out from your hotel, make your way to the central station on your own. Your Norway in Nutshell tour begins at the central station: Change your voucher to tickets at the train station before departure. Train departs from Oslo central station. Timing will be provided when booking. Change train in Myrdal to the beautiful Flåmsbanen train from Myrdal to Flåm. Arrive at Flåm – situated in the innermost part of the Aurlandsfjord, a tributary of the 204 kilometres long and up to 1308 meters deep Sognefjord. Flåm station is in walking distance to your hotel. Overnight.

You can book a luggage transfer service between Oslo-Bergen (not to/from Flåm) to enjoy your Norway in a nutshell tour!
Day 5: Flam – Bergen
After your breakfast it is time to check out from your hotel. Before your Norway in a Nutshell tour continues, there is time to just relax and enjoy the nature.
In the afternoon make your way to the pier (just outside the hotel) to depart by fjord cruise from Flåm to Gudvangen. Arrive in Gudvangen and get in the bus from Gudvangen to Voss from where you will take the train to Bergen. Make your way to your hotel on own. Overnight.
Day 6: Bergen – Tromso
Breakfast. Depending on your flight time you can take the Funicular railway to enjoy the view of Bergen from top of a mountain – "Floeinmountain". Check out and transfer to the airport for your next flight to Tromsø. Upon arrival in Tromsø, transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for own activities and there is plenty of things to do and see in this beautiful city - Tromsø is located a mere 2000 kilometres from the North Pole. Tromsø entertains visitors and inhabitants with its lively, warm and exotic atmosphere! Overnight.
Optional: Visit Husky farm (1st June – 31st August)
14:30-18:00 Meet the 270 huskies and get an introduction to dog sledge driving by learning about the world's longest dog sledge race, Iditarod, presented through unique pictures and film. It's important to wear good footwear if you want to join the Wilderness Centre's guide in exploring the plant and bird life around the centre, before meeting back in the Lavvo for a hot drink and cake. Incl. transfer, guiding, movie show, cake and drink.
Day 7: Tromso
Today you explore Tromsø with a summer excursion! Midnight Sun Hiking (approx. 6-8 hours) Enjoy an adventurous and exotic hiking trip in the bright summer night! Take advantage of the midnight sun that northern Norway is so famous for and start a hiking tour at 1815! The scenery is great for photography enthusiasts. Make sure to wear good hiking shoes. Includes transfer and one meal. Overnight.
Day 8: Tromso – Hurtigruten
Breakfast. Free to explore Tromsø on own rest of the day is at leisure. In the evening transfer to Hurtigruten pier on own. It is time to discover "World's Most Beautiful Sea Voyage"! Overnight: on board Hurtigruten inside cabin or similar.
Day 9: Honningsvag
Breakfast on board. Private coach will transfer you to your hotel for check in.
In the evening you will go on an exciting excursion tour to the North Cape for a midnight sun experience! Enjoy the magnificent sub-Arctic landscape, the northernmost point on the European continent! *Transfer to departure point on own. Entrance to North Cape Hall is included. Overnight in Honningsvåg.
Day 10: Honningsvag
After breakfast at your hotel, check out and transfer on your own to Honningsvåg Airport, it's time to leave Norway for now, unless you prefer an add-on trip in one of these beautiful and inviting countries.
Optional: Private transfer from Honningsvåg to Alta Airport
The transfer to Alta airport takes approx. 3hours
