Budapest City Tour

Duration: 3 hours
Overview: On this tour, pass by the Parliament building before crossing the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here you will have some free time to visit the Fishermen's Bastion which offers stunning views over the city and the Mathias Church. Your tour will continue to Gillert Hill before crossing the Elisabeth Bridge to the Heroes' Square. Pass by the Opera and St Stephen's Basilica to reach the Hotel Intercontinental where your tour ends.

Overview: See the sights of Budapest with the City Circle Tour guided in English, on a partly open-air bus. You can Hop On and Off at 5 different landmarks all around the city at your leisure. Jewish Budapest

Duration: 3 hours
Overview: Drive along the Danube to new Leopold Town. Stop at the Dohany Street Synagogue, the world's second largest Synagogue and the Jewish Museum. Also see the Jewish Garden, the Tree of Life and the Temple of Heroes. The tour ends at a kosher restaurant where you will have the opportunity to have lunch (not included).

Parliament & City Tour

Duration: 4 hours 30 minutes
Overview: Visit the magnificent Neo-Gothic Parliament, also known as the Holy Hungarian Crown, on a guided tour through the splendid session rooms and of the impressive staircase. This is followed at 11.00am by a city tour. Cross the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Enjoy some free time to visit the Fishermen's Bastion, which offers stunning views over the city and the Matthias Church. Continue to Gellert Hill before crossing the Elisabeth Bridge and drive towards Heroes' Square. Pass by the Opera and St Stephen's Basilica to reach the Hotel Intercontinental, where this tour ends.

Royal Tour

Duration: 4 hours
Overview: Visit the former summer residence of Queen Elizabeth (Sisi) in Godollo, the second largest baroque chateau in the world. Also walk through the beautiful gardens. At the Palace Cafe you can enjoy coffee and cake before returning to Budapest, where the tour ends in the city centre.

Danube Bend Tour

Duration: 10 hours
Overview: The Danube Bend Tour is an excursion by boat & coach into Hungary's history; you will be taken to Visegrad, the former Royal Residence and to Esztergom, centre of the Catholic Church. After a visit to the Cathedral and lunch (3 course menu) continue to charming Szentendre with its Mediterranean flavor where you will enjoy a guided walk and visit the magnificent Caprice Hungarian Jewellery Museum. Enjoy a break with coffee and soft drinks before returning to Budapest by boat. The tour ends at the pier in Budapest.

Hop on Hop off sightseeing cruise on the Danube

Duration: At your own pace
Overview: Get acquainted with the highlights of the capital city of Hungary from the Danube. The tour starts downtown. Passing by the imposing building of the Parliament, admire the panorama of Margaret Island. The Castle District, the Royal Castle, Matthias Church, the Fishermen's Bastion are all located on Castle Hill. The Liberation Monument and the Citadel are on Gellert Hill. Continuing south you can see the bridges of Budapest, the National Theatre and the Palace of Arts. On the way back, see the universities of Budapest, the Central Market Hall and some of the elegant hotels. The tour ends at the Vigado pier no.11 in the city centre.

Puzta Tour

Duration: 8 hours
Overview: You will be driven to Kecskemet, 86 km from Budapest where you will go on a guided walk. Continue to Lajosmizsa, where will be welcomed with a traditional Hungarian drink. See the great performance of the famous horsemen and a carriage ride through the Puszta. Enjoy a typical Hungarian meal (3 course menu with wine) in the 'csarda' accompanied by gypsy music. The tour ends in Budapest at your hotel.

Village of Szentendre

Duration: 4 hours 30 minutes
Overview: We will take you to the picturesque artists' village of Szentendre. Visit the magnificent Caprice Hungarian Jewellery Centre where you will see a Multimedia Presentation. After coffee and soft drinks at the Marzipanmuseum, enjoy a walk through Szentendre's baroque centre. You will have some free time before we return to Budapest. The tour ends in the city centre.

Herend and Lake Balaton

Duration: 9 hours
Overview: Herend city is famous throughout the world for its porcelain. After a guided tour through the world's largest porcelain factory (founded in 1826), have coffee at the Porcelanium and do some shopping. Drive to the Tihany Peninsula, the famous nature reserve, where you will visit the Abbey founded in 1051. Enjoy lunch in the traditional Csarda (three course menu with wine), before driving to the country's oldest spa, Balatonfured. Return to Budapest by coach.

Folklore Evening Tour

Duration: 4 hours
Overview: Spend an enjoyable evening in a traditional restaurant. After an aperitif you will be served a 3 course menu with wine, accompanied by a varied folkloric show programs. Whilst returning back enjoy a marvelous view of the illuminated city from the Citadel. The tour ends at the Hotel Intercontinental or at the Casino (voucher for free admission is included).
