Full Day Sightseeing

Overview: Marrakech is built in red-ochre and steeped in centuries of history. The city was founded in 1062 by Youssef Tachfine, who built the first ramparts. See Koutoubia, Marrakech's largest mosque as well as the palace, gardens of Bahia and the Saadian Tombs (1578-1603). Also visit Jemaa El Fna and souks and shop in the old Medina.

Folklore Evening, Dinner & Fantasia Show

Overview: Sit beneath one of the caidals tents around the arena and taste Moroccan specialties whilst folkloric troupes entertain you. Enjoy the show with dance, songs, acrobats and magicians. A highlight for any trip to Marrakech!

Full Day Ouarzazate & Kasbahs

Overview: Take a round trip of 400 km across the Atlas mountain range via the Tizin'n Tichka pass (2269 m), past berber villages to Ouarzazate. Visit the magnificent Taourirt Kasbah built by the Glaoui or pasha on the Saharan Caravan Route. See the Glaoui residence with its maze of luxury apartments, clay houses and crenellated towers with geometric motifs. Part of the fortified village is open to the public.

Visit the fortified Ait Benhaddou village where many movies have been filmed, including Lawrence of Arabia and classified by UNESCO as one of the world's cultural treasures. See its crenellated towers and buildings decorated with geometrical motifs.

Marrakech Botanical Tour

Overview: Spend an afternoon exploring the botanical treasures of Marrakech. Visit the famous Majorelle Gardens, designed by expatriate French artist Jacques Majorelle and now restored by Yves Saint-Laurent. Visit the Menara Garden and basin at the entrance to the Atlas Mountains. A summer residence of sultan Abderrahmane, the area is surrounded by orchards and olive groves. Cross the Agdal Gardens on a horse and carriage ride through the ruins in Hivernage and Mamounia.
