Toulouse City Tour

Duration: 2 hours
Overview: A unique way to discover the 'pink city' from all its angles. Drive to the Airbus A380 Assembly Factory, then return by the Canal du Midi and the train station, where you discover the old grain exchange transformed into a concert hall which is famous for classical music. Continue to the Botanical Garden, then onto the Saint Michel Bridge for a view of the old city. Along the way, you will be able to view the following sights: The water tower, the Saint Cyprien neighborhood, the Modern Art Museum in the old slaughter house, the Canal de Brienne, Capitol Square, famous private mansions, St Etienne Cathedral and finally Saint Sernin Basilica.

Fortified City of Carcassone

Duration: 4 hours 30 minutes
Overview: Carcassone is undoubtedly one of the most outstanding well-preserved fortified medieval cities of Europe. Declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO the city has preserved most of its gothic architectural treasures. The day starts with a walking tour of the 'Cite' along the old city wall to the Count's castle. Discover the church of Saint Nazari, visit Saint Celsius to admire the most beautiful stained glass windows of southern France and finally see the fortifications that surround the city.

Holy City of Lourdes

Duration: 8 hours
Overview: Leave at 9am in the morning from Toulouse. Lourdes is a small and beautiful market town lying in the foothills of the Pyrenees. It is famous for the Marian apparitions of Our Lady of Lourdes that are reported to have occurred in 1858 to Bernadette Soubirous. Starts with a visit of the sanctuaries, then head to the grotto and also visit the three churches that were built on site, one on top of the other.

After some free time for lunch, on your own your guide takes you on the footsteps of Bernadette. First discover the house of the family where the father ran a mill and then on to the Cachot, a tiny cell in which the family lived during harder times.
