Arrive in Moscow. Local coach and guide for the transfer to your hotel. Rest of the time is free to explore this city on your own. Overnight.
Breakfast. Enjoy a full day guided tour of Moscow after pick up from your hotel. This will include an excursion of the city with stops at the most famous sights: Poklonnaya Hill, New Maiden Convent, Vorobievy Hills. Drive by Tverskaya street, Manezhnaya square, Ohotny Riad, Bolshoy theatre, Lubianka square, Savior Cathedral the Kremlin and Kropotkinskaya embankments etc (no entrance fees). Take a walk along Old Arbat street followed by the Metro (subway) tour.
Excursion to Novodevichy Convent, one of the most beautiful Moscow convents, founded at the beginning of 16th century. For 400 years it was the witness and the participant of important historical events, connected with Ivan the Terrible, Boris Godunov, Sofia and Peter I. The architectural featurs of the convent t remains one of the best in Russia. Return to the hotel. Overnight.
Breakfast. Your coach will pick you up from your hotel for full day guided tour of "the heart of Moscow": the Kremlin which includes entrances to the Cathedrals in the morning and in the afternoon the excursion to the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts. The Kremlin has always been the centre of political life. The tsars' coronation ceremony took place in one of the cathedrals. All tsars before Peter the Great are buried there. Proceed on an excursion to the Armory Chamber which displays a collection of applied art, crowns and tsars' jewellery. After a brief stop for lunch on your own, proceed for "The Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts" which is the largest museum of European art in Moscow, located in Volkhonka Street, just opposite the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour.
You can either choose to return to the hotel or spend some time on your own. Take a walk on Red Square, visit GUM department store, the Alexandrovsky Garden and the shopping centre on Manezh Square.
In the evening we recommend the famous "A Russian Folk Fair", based on Russian traditions and culture. The production is a dramatic tale told and based on the founding of the circus arts and the famed performers of the Moscow Circus, in a Theater-Circus format. Combined with Russian folk musicians, dancers, and ornate costumes and backdrops, the show combines drama, cultural history and, most of all, the excitement and entertainment that can only be created by some of the greatest circus performers on earth. Overnight.
Breakfast. Proceed on a half day excursion to an ancient Russian town - Sergiev Posad, including visit to the Monastery. 70 km from Moscow, Sergiev Posad is the town around the Trinity Convent of St.Sergius. Sergiev Posad is called a "Pearl of the Golden Ring", a city rich in history and the center of Russian Orthodoxy. Nowadays the convent is called Lavra ("the main and most important monastery") and is considered to be the "Russian Vatican". One of the main sights of the town is St. Trinity Cathedral. Enjoy lunch in the Russian style restaurant near the Monastery. Spend some time on your own and then return to your hotel. Overnight.
Breakfast. Today proceed for the guided half day tour of the world famous Metro (visit some stations and finish at Arbat Metro Station). Take a guided tour of the underground kingdom of the Moscow Metropolitan, admiring the mosaics and marble of this utopia underground. Moscow Metro is one of the most efficient and extensive metro systems in the world, but its real draw for tourists is the extravagant decoration of its soviet-era stations, each one of them a work of art in itself. Finish at the Arbat Metro Station and walk along Old Arbat Street: "street" of artists and music players, shopping, etc. We recommend lunch on your own in a local restaurant on Arbat Street. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.
In the evening you will be picked up by our local representatives (driver and assistant) from your hotel and escorted to the pier where a beautiful modern river boat awaits you. Glide effortlessly past the Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and other world famous monuments Moscow as you enjoy dinner onboard. Return to the hotel. Overnight.
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
