Kenya Safari – 8 Days
Day 1: Nairobi

Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and be welcomed by our representative, who will transfer you to your hotel.

Overnight.

Day 2: Nairobi - Amboseli

After a hearty breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park in the Rift Valley Province of Kenya. The park is the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants, among other species. See the spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Game drive, nature walk, and Masai dances are some of the highlights of this day.

Day 3: Amboseli

Breakfast. Amboseli is a wonderful park with a sizable swamp that receives water from the Kilimanjaro’s subsurface aquifers and is an elephants’ paradise. Enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive and one after lunch to see the majestic elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and other plains game. In between the game drives, enjoy its beautiful pool or just sit back and chill.

Day 4: Amboseli - Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley

After a hearty breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, the magnificent lake in the Great Rift Valley and home to 400 species of birds. Arrive in time for lunch. After a sumptuous lunch, enjoy a boat ride to see the birdlife; bird watching, fishing, cycling, lake trips, and nature walks will be some of the highlights that you can enjoy.

Day 5: The Great Rift Valley - Masai Mara

After a hearty breakfast, depart for the fabled Masai Mara National Reserve. The enormous reserve is part of the vast Serengeti Plains, famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migrations. It is also home to the big five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. Arrive in time for lunch at Masai Mara Lodge. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive. Nature walks, balloon safaris, and visits to the Masai village are some of today’s highlights.

Day 6: Masai Mara - Full Day Game Drive

Enjoy a hearty breakfast and then a full-day game drive with picnic lunch to see the varied game of the Masai Mara. This region is Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary, with the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant). Optional visit to a local Masai village.

Day 7: Masai Mara - The Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. On arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Then, depart for a game drive to see lions, rhinos, the elusive leopard, zebras, giraffes, and, of course, lots of lesser pink flamingos. Lake Nakuru is famous for its huge flamingo populations due to the alkaline state of the lake.

Day 8: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi

After breakfast depart for Nairobi. On arrival enjoy an Indian lunch at Chowpatty Restaurant followed by some time for shopping at a local market. Depart for the airport for your flight back home.
