Day 1: Bengaluru to Mysore

Registration and check in at Yashwantpur Railway Station, Bangalore from 08:30 hrs onwards. Train departs at 9:45 hrs. Lunch onboard as train arrives in Mysore. Proceed to visit Mysore Palace and return to the train. Depart to Chengalpattu (CGL).

Dinner and overnight onboard.

Day 2: Kanchipuram - Optional Excursion to Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram

Breakfast onboard as train arrives at Chengalpattu Railway Station. Forenoon optional excursion to Kanchipuram. Lunch onboard. Arrive Mahabalipuram and visit the monuments. Dinner at a beachfront hotel. Return to train and depart for Thanjavur.

Overnight on board.

Day 3: Thanjavur - Chettinad / Karaikudi

Breakfast onboard. Deboard at 09:00 hrs to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Brihadeshvara Temple. Return to train for lunch. Proceed to Chettinad. In the evening visit the Athnagudi tile factory and Chettinadu mansions. Dinner onboard as the train proceeds to Cochin.

Overnight onboard.

Day 4: Cochin - Optional Chinese Fishing Nets & St. Francis Church

Breakfast onboard. Arrive at Cochin Harbour Terminus. Visit the Matancherry Palace in Fort Cochin area and then enjoy a performance of the best-preserved dance forms of Kerala at an exclusive venue. Return to the train for lunch. Optional excursion to Chinese Fishing Nets and St. Francis Church. Dinner onboard. Train proceeds to Kumarakom.

Overnight onboard.

Day 5: Chertala / Maraikulam

After breakfast on board, enjoy a cruise on the backwaters followed by lunch at an exclusive venue. Return to the train as it proceeds to Bengaluru. Dinner onboard.

Day 6: Bengaluru

Breakfast onboard. Deboard at Bengaluru Yashwantpur Railway Station (YPR).
