Day 1: Bengaluru to Nanjangud

Registration and check in at Yashwantpur Railway Station, Bangalore from 08:30 hrs onwards. Depart at around 09:45 am. Lunch onboard as train arrives in Nanjangud (13:30 hrs). After lunch drive to Bandipur Wildlife sanctuary at 14:45 hrs (1 hr 30 mins). Enjoy the evening safari (16:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs). Return to the train by 20:15 hrs. Dinner onboard as train proceeds to Mysore.

Overnight on the train.

Day 2: Mysore - Optional Banayar

Breakfast onboard. Disembark for a visit to the Mysore Palace. Take in the ambience of the palace. Return to train for lunch. Optional visit to Srirangapatnam is possible at extra cost. Dinner onboard as train proceeds to Banavar (20:00 hrs) for water and fuelling.

Overnight on train.

Day 3: Halebidu - Chikamgaluru

Breakfast onboard. Visit Halebidu from Banavar Railway Station. Lunch onboard as train proceeds to Chikamgaluru. Evening visit to a coffee plantation followed by cultural activities and dinner at Chikamgaluru. Return to train as it proceeds to Hospet.

Overnight on train.

Day 4: Hospet

Breakfast onboard. After breakfast visit the famous Hampi ruins. Following the defeat of the glorious Vijayanagara Empire, the army of the Sultanates plundered the beautiful city of Hampi and reduced it to ruins. Now, it's just a ravaged barren area of land scattered with ruins that narrate the story of a violent past. Return to train for lunch onboard. Evening free. Dinner onboard. Train proceeds to Goa.

Day 5: Goa - Karmali

After breakfast, visit the churches of North Goa. Deboard at 09:00 hrs. and return at 12:00 noon. Lunch onboard as train proceeds to Madgaon. This evening enjoy a Gala Dinner at a hotel in South Goa. Train proceeds to Bengaluru. (22:30 hrs).

Day 6: Bengaluru

Breakfast onboard. Deboard at Bengaluru Yashwantpur Railway Station (YPR).
