• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
• We are not holding any Hotel blocks for this package.
• Seat in coach transfers are provided from 0700 hrs – 1900 hrs only. Before or after the seat in coach timing, only private transfers are applicable, additional supplement charges will be advised for the same.
• International Check in time is 14:00 or 15:00 hours / Check out time is 10:00 or 11:00 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges and from specific airports only.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local service providers and from designated points. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing’s tours are strictly based on weather conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Rates subject to change without prior notice and also for clients traveling during weekends.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time

NOTES:

• No hotel availability has been checked. All prices are subject to availability and final confirmation.
• Kindly note the above rates are not applicable during difficult / fair periods. If any of the tour falls under fair or difficult dates, then supplement will be applicable.
• Tips to LDC driver, Local coach driver, Guide/Assistants to be paid on spot
• Hotel city taxes need to be paid at the hotels by cash/card
• The slabs rates mentioned are based on full paying adults

Hotels

• Our offer is based on buffet breakfast.
• Breakfast at the hotels will be provided in the main hall or the group room separately but it will be totally the hotel’s discretion.
• Breakfasts taken before 0700 hours and packed breakfast boxes may incur a supplement
• Complimentary tea/Coffee makers in rooms, air-condition & Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed.

Sightseeing

• All critical services are strictly subject to availability. In case of no reservation possibility, we will inform you prior to group departure. Tour managers/clients may have to purchase tickets on the spot.

Meals

• Standard duration for meals at restaurants will be 45 minutes to 1 hour. More time is subject to discretion of restaurant and additional time may impact the coach duration
• Standard Indian Menu at restaurant includes 02 veg dishes, 01 non-veg dish (Chicken), 01 daal, Rice or Pulao, Yoghurt or Raita, Roti / naan, Salad, Papad, Pickle, 01 sweet dish and tap water
• Standard 3 course meal at local restaurant includes one starter, one main dish or one desert

Coach

• Coach will be driving 11 Hours daily any extra hours tour leaders have to pay – overtime Any extra hour above 11 hours 60€ will be charged per hour.
• Includes – Driver with Coach, Driver Stay & Driver Meals, toll, taxes, parking & Permit.
• Considering Traffic Situation and driving hours, Sightseeing/Orientation tours may be revised/changed if on road it is not possible to cover the day within LDC regulations. The Tour Leader must manage the driving hours.
• Water bottle in the coach is not included in the offer.
• Accommodation for Touring Coach Driver must be provided by the client in all cities where hotels are not booked by us.

Tips

• Standard LDC driver tips are EUR 2 per pax/day
• In case the group strength is below 20 pax, then the driver’s tip is calculated at minimum 40 EUR per day and not by number of pax
• Tips for local coaches varies based on duration of the service
• Standard Guide tips is EUR 1 per pax /guide

Long Distance Coach – LDC EU Charter

• 12 working hours a day. (duration for which the LDC is at disposal)
• 9 driving hours. After every 4 and half hours the driver must rest for a minimum of 45 minutes. The break can be split up to 2 – 3 breaks of minimum 15 minutes per break.
• Night rest is 12 hours.
• LDC can run Twice in a week for 13 or 14 hours (active hours of LDC) with Max 10 driving hours

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 30% advance payment against proforma invoice to be done 30 days prior of the commencement of tour or prior to first cancellation deadline informed by Success Tours, whichever is earlier
• Balance 70% payment to be done 7 working days prior of the commencement of tour.
• If there is requirement of change in advance payment amount or timeline based on information from suppliers or for critical services, same will be informed by Success Tours in advance

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Both parties (The Agent and Success Tours) reserve the right to withdraw or cancel a tour within 7 days after acceptance of our offer, provided the cancellation is not less than 30 days from the first paid service of the tour.

Charge on Cancellation fee:

• 0% of total booking value if booking cancelled 30 days before arrival
• Up to 40% of booking value if booking cancelled 29 to 23 days before arrival
• Up to 50% of booking value if booking cancelled 22 to 16 days before arrival
• Up to 70% of booking value if booking cancelled 15 to 8 days before arrival
• Up to 80% of booking value if booking cancelled 7 days before arrival

In case of stricter cancellation policy, agents will be informed at the time of confirmation

ROOM REDUCTION POLICY:

Max. number of rooms to reduce without charge:

• 3 rooms or 30% of total rooms (whichever is lower) can be reduced without charge 16 days before arrival
• 2 rooms or 15% of total rooms (whichever is lower) can be reduced without charge 15 to 5 days before arrival
• Only 1 room reduction is free of charge 4 to 1 day before arrival
