Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 | ARRIVAL KIGALI
On arrival at Kigali International Airport and after finalizing the formalities, you shall be welcomed by your guide,
who will then drive you to your hotel for an overnight.

Day 2 | DRIVE TO VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, depart for Parc National des Volcanoes. The journey goes through the beautiful terraced hillsides that show much of Rwanda’s landscape, gradually climbing to the base of the awesome Virunga volcanoes, sometimes with as many as five peaks visible. You will choose to have the afternoon at leisure or explore the town of Ruhengeri.

Day 3 | GORILLA TREKKING
After an early breakfast you will drive Ruhengeri. You will experience the highlight of your trip by visiting the mountain gorillas of our planet in Volcanoes National Park where you will be led by an experienced Ranger Guide who will tell you interesting facts about the Mountain Gorillas. Or you could do optional activities that include, an optional golden monkey trekking, optional hike on Mount Bisoke, or visit Dianne Fossey Grave.

Day 4 | DRIVE TO KIGALI AND DEPART
Today, you will drive to Kigali upon arrival, you will visit the genocide museum as well as have a short city Tour of the capital city. Later on, you will depart for the Airport and take your flight back home.
